Hello, my name is Lucy, and I'm just the sweetest thing and very energetic. I'm a 2 yr old bassett and love to cuddle, run at the dog park, and wrestle with my basset buddies! Unfortunately my previous owners are adopting a child with special needs and allergies, and they cannot keep me so they have asked BASSETT HOUND RESCUE to find me a new home. I'm housetrained and crate trained. I like dogs (especially other bassets!) and older children, but would prefer to be in a house with no cats (even though I am getting used to them at my foster mom's house!). I'm very outgoing and like my exercise so regular daily outings and walks would be really good for me. If I sound like the pup for you, contact my foster mom, Linda, at (562) 366-3084.

AKC/Eukanuba National Championship A must event for all dog lovers! American Kennel Club National Championships held at the Long Beach Arena. Events include individual breed judging, agility and obedience competitions, AKC Good Citizen Testing and demonstrations of herding. Also featured are the Super Retriever Series Dock Jumping Competition and the AKC Meet The Breeds Event. There will also be consumer education demonstrations and activities every 15 minutes.
